Equans, de expert in multitechnische installaties en services, zoekt een gedreven **Werkvoorbereider **om ons team bij **Tech Lane Zwijnaarde** (de toonaangevende site van een wereldwijde leider in de farmaceutische industrie) te versterken. In deze rol draag je bij aan het optimaal functioneren van de gebouwen en installaties, met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit.
Als werkvoorbereider bij Equans heb je een dynamisch en gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je een cruciale rol speelt binnen het gebouwbeheer van Tech Lane.
**ONTDEK HET SNEL EN SOLLICITEER**
- **gebouwbeheer en kwaliteitsborging**:
- samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de gebouwen
- je zorgt ervoor dat de gebouwen in optimale conditie verkeren volgens de geldende GMP- en veiligheidsnormen. Hierdoor draag je bij aan het garanderen van de kwaliteit en mínimaliseer je het risico op productieschade door technische storingen in energie-installaties
- **procesoptimalisatie en leveranciersbeheer**:
- je onderzoekt voortdurend mogelijkheden om werkmethodes en technische installaties te verbeteren
- als er aanpassingen nodig zijn, leg je contact met externe leveranciers, vergelijk je offertes en coördineer je de uitvoering
- je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering
- **planning en administratie**:
- met jouw organisatorische talent zorg je voor de planning van onderhoudstaken en shutdown-werkzaamheden. Je volgt deze nauwgezet op en bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt stockbeheer, inventarisatie, het voorbereiden van vergunningen, lock-out/tag-out procedures en weekplanningen
- **communicatie en samenwerking**:
- als communicatief sterke schakel sta je in direct contact met de klant. Je meldt afwijkingen en abnormaliteiten en werkt samen aan passende oplossingen
- daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringsvoorstellen op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit, en draag je bij aan het continu verbeteren van de werkomgeving
