**PROFIL**:

- Action Damien est une ONG belge qui se mobilise en faveur des personnes souffrant de la lèpre, de la tuberculose et d’autres maladies infectieuses qui touchent en particulier les communautés les plus vulnérables. Avec des programmes de santé dans 13 pays en Afrique, Asie et Amérique Latine ainsi qu’un projet en Belgique._
- Afin de poursuivre ses actions de santé publique, de renforcer la sensibilisation et d'apporter de nouveaux financements, elle cherche actuellement à recruter un(e) _**_SENIOR FUNDRAISING OFFICER_**

**_Description du poste_**
- Vous faites parti de l’équipe Activation Individuals au sein du département Engaging & Funding et vous rapportez directement au Activation Individuals Manager._
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place, au déploiement et à la promotion du plan d'activation tactique pour les particuliers, avec un focus sur les testateurs et les grands donateurs, dans le but d'obtenir un engagement durable et de générer des fonds. Ce plan s'inscrit dans le cadre du plan de communication intégré._
- Dans ce cadre, vous aurez les _**_responsabilités suivantes_**
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et au déploiement du programme annuel à destination des testateurs, grands donateurs et bénévoles (dans le cadre de leurs activités de récolte de fonds) afin d’obtenir un engagement et une récolte de fonds durable. La fonction peut être étendue à la collaboration sur d'autres projets.
- Organiser et coordonner les actions, initiatives et projets nécessaires et prévus pour réaliser le plan d'activation.
- Développer, élargir et maintenir des contacts personnels avec les groupes cibles nécessitant une approche personnalisée (notamment les testateurs potentiels, testateurs, grands donateurs, etc.) afin de garantir et entretenir l'engagement de ces publics cibles.
- Maintenir et suivre opérationnellement les collaborations spécifiques à ce segment (p.ex. testament.be).
- Se tenir informé de la situation du marché, identifier de nouvelles opportunités et prendre des initiatives pour développer ce segment.
- Impliquer tous les acteurs internes et externes pertinents, construire et maintenir des relations de confiance et de collaboration pour atteindre les objectifs en récolte de fonds de l'organisation.
- Assurer la collecte et la gestion qualitative des données, définir et analyser les KPI appropriés et établir des rapports, identifier les améliorations et prendre des mesures correctives.
- Utiliser activement et contribuer aux plateformes internes, telles que la plateforme digitale des bénévoles d’Action Damien, pour faciliter la mobilisation des bénévoles et autres segments potentiels dans le cadre des activités de récolte de fonds.

- Connaissance approfondie en gestion de projet.
- Excellente maîtrise écrite et orale du néerlandais et du français, bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
