**Mission**

The latest energy price evolutions show us that the planning of wind turbine interventions is a key element to maximise our production.

The technical planner will therefore have to ensure that all subcontractors' planning is respected, communicate closely with the optimisation department and fill in the various appropriate tools in order to better understand deviations.

The technical planner will also work closely with the monitoring department and will ensure that events are correctly categorised.

The technical planner will also be required to write reports to the asset managers so that they can identify deviations and take corrective action.

The technical planner will also be entrusted with small cross-functional projects to support the local teams

**Tasks**

Planning:

- Coordinate all planning from contractors and intern (AM, WSS, Substations, Proximus, Northec, Topwind) and update availability planner.
- Planning week -1: planning day -1 and compare deviation vs reality
- Close collaboration with optimization department and analyze losses.
- Update visual planning (WSS, Proximus, Topwind, Northec, ) à close collaboration with EDF RE
- Update availability planner and contact different contractor to get more information about long duration

Bazefield support
- Check technical allocations and affect correctly in Bazefield if needed
- Close collaboration with Bazefield team in order to improve the automatic allocation

Reporting
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Allocations technical analysis
- Analyse des sous-traitants ne respectant pas nos recommandations pour production
- Power curve analysis

Operation tool sofatware:

- Close collaboration with smart access
- Identify contractor not using correctly smart access with close discussion with service providers.
- Update the data bank for each provider (ID, numbers)
- Update smart access system if an equipment or access forbidden

Technical support:

- Spoc for communication issue with the industrial network (set-up root cause analysis)
- Password and login manager
- Access and key management
- EPI follow up
- Bachelor degree with a first relevant experience
- Experience in smalls projects management
- Good knowledge in Scada
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Good IT knowledge
- Communication skills
