As our operations continue to expand, **we are seeking motivated and experienced Functional-Business Analysts to join our teams in Brussels, Belgium.**
Your role is really important for managing computer systems, so you'll need to know a lot about how computers and software work and be interested in financial or energy sector. You'll also need to be good at solving problems and talking to different people.
Tasks & responsibilities will include:
- Delving into the needs of users and business experts and transforming those insights into clear instructions for the software.
- Crafting the blueprint for how the software should operate, aligning with established rules, and validating feasibility through diagrams and charts.
- Articulating the distinct components of the software that various teams collaborate on.
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the software aligns with the outlined plans and functions seamlessly.
- Collaborating with fellow experts to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in the software.
- Analysing the interconnections between different software components to ensure accurate and desired outcomes.
- Documenting the functionality of the software and consistently updating these notes.
- Articulating the intricacies of the software to others and providing support to ensure effective utilization.
The knowledge of tools such as UML and/or BPMN would be genuine assets.
