Ter versterking van ons legal team op groepsniveau zijn we op zoek naar een ambitieuze **Senior Bedrijfsjurist(e).**
Als Senior Bedrijfsjurist bij **Hasco Invest **ben je een sleutelfiguur van ons Legal team en lever je een directe bijdrage aan onze internationale business. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onze **Green & Durable** participatie, actief in BeNeLux.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als bedrijfsjurist**:
- Adviseer en ondersteun je met jouw kennis van de wetgeving de directie in diverse juridische vraagstukken.
- Ben je het directe aanspreekpunt voor o.a. advocaten, bedrijfsjuristen, notarissen en deurwaarders.
- Verzorg je de corporate housekeeping: je verifieert de aktes en statuten en houdt o.a. de KBO up-to-date.
- Redigeer je de juridische teksten gaande van compromissen tot arbeidsrechtelijke documenten.
- Ben je juridisch en administratief verantwoordelijk voor de duurzame energie tak gerelateerde dossiers in de brede zin.
- Stel je onder meer samenwerkings
- en overnamecontracten op in overleg met de directie. Indien nodig kan je terugvallen op de kennis van externe experten.
- Sta je in voor de juridische opvolging van complexe dossiers, waarvoor specifieke expertise vereist is. Dit kan gaan van analyse tot het sluiten van een dading of het voeren van een gerechtelijke procedure.
- Je zorgt er voor dat de verzekeringspolissen van de vennootschappen van de groep up to date zijn.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Als een Master in de rechten, heb je minimum 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als advocaat en/of bedrijfsjurist.
- Je bent een juridisch generalist en hebt ervaring of interesse in vennootschapsrecht, aannemingsrecht, aansprakelijkheidsrecht, verzekeringsrecht, administratief recht (vergunningen), transportrecht of milieurecht.
- Je hebt kennis van zowel het Belgische als Nederlandse recht en hebt ervaring in werken in een internationale omgeving.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans met een goede kennis van het Engels of het Duits.
- Als je adviezen geeft verlies je daarbij niets uit het oog. Je houdt rekening met alle mogelijke consequenties van je adviezen.
- Hoe divers de meningen ook zijn, als een waar conflictmanager tracht je steeds tot een consensus te komen. Je gaat voor resultaat en concreet meetbare acties dankzij je proactieve houding en overzichtelijke werksystematiek.
- Je hebt een pragmatische mentaliteit.
