Heb jij interesse in HR? Ben jij beschikbaar in juli-augustus-september of heb je maximum twee weken verlof gepland staan tijdens deze periode? Spreek jij Nederlands EN Frans? Dan is dit dé studentenjob om een eerste échte praktijkervaring op te doen.

Wat ga je doen?
- Je wordt ingeschakeld omonzecollega’s te ondersteunen om een optimale planning te organiseren:

- Je gaat op zoek naar kandidaten: studenten, interims of “optie” vast.
- Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van een ideale planning.
- Je houdt je ook bezig met de administratieve aspecten van deze planning, waaronder het opstellen van contracten.
- Je ondersteunt bijkomende administratieve taken zoals: inschrijven van nieuwe kandidaten, bijwerken van lijsten, plannen van medische onderzoeken, in orde brengen van dossiers, enz.

Wie ben jij?
- Je bent beschikbaar in juli, augustus en september (maandag tot vrijdag van 8.30 tot 17.30 uur) OF je hebt maximum twee weken vakantie gepland gedurende deze periode.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Tweetaligheid is een must
- Je hebt sterke computervaardigheden.
- Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten. Daarnaast ben je in staat om de administratie nauwkeurig uit te voeren

Wat krijg je in de plaats?
- Het loon ligt tussen €10,75 en €12,08 en is afhankelijk van jouw leeftijd.
- Je krijgt uiteraard ook een vergoeding voor jouw verplaatsingskosten (openbaar vervoer = volledig terugbetaald).
- Leerzame werkervaring, je krijgt eigen verantwoordelijkheden binnen HR.
