**Jouw taken**:
- Bestaande klanten:_
- Je geeft binnenkomende bestellingen in en volgt ze op tot aan de levering
- Doordat je dicht bij je klanten staat, biedt je een uitstekende service door proactief te bellen en te peilen naar eventuele noden
- Je adviseert en informeert je klant over nieuwe producten, promoties, prijzen,
- Je lost ad hoc problemen op rond levering en bestelling
- Prospecten:_
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe klanten in je regio
- Door de juiste vragen te stellen, kan je een gerichte offerte en doorsturen
- Je volgt je offertes en acties op de voet op en je laat er geen gras over groeien
- Je geeft gerichte informatie over de standaardproducten, maar je bent ook expert binnen de meer gespecialiseerde markt
- Leveranciers:_
- Bij grote deals stap je zelf naar je gekende leveranciers om een prijs te onderhandelen
- Op die manier heb je zelf zicht op de marge die je per verkoop binnenhaalt en waarop je aan het einde van het trimester een bonus binnenrijft
- Je doet onderzoek naar bij welke leverancier je de bestelling het best plaatst
Voor een klant van ons in Haren/Diegem zijn wij op zoek naar een **Inside Sales medewerker
- Supplies Advisor **met een natuurlijk commerciële flair én een zeer goede talenkennis.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Frans en Nederlands. Daarnaast heb je ook een goede kennis Engels.
- Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis commerciële flair en drive
- Een eerste commerciële ervaring is nodig omdat we iemand zoeken die snel inzetbaar is
- Je bent energiek, dynamisch, enthousiast en een doorzetter die houdt van deals binnenhalen
- Je bent stressbestendig en speelt graag kort op de bal. Je volgt je lopende zaken graag én goed op
- Je leert makkelijk en vlot nieuwe computerprogramma’s aan. Ervaring SAP is een plus
