**The Scope**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute on all Melexis events, including product launches, customer events, and many other related activities
- Work closely with the Communications and sales teams to ensure event success
- Develop timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all event-related activities are executed on time and within budget
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and catering
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event-related activities are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop event messaging and collateral materials, including event invitations, signage, and giveaways
- Develop and maintain event attendee lists and follow-up activities
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze event success metrics
**Who are you?**:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A first experience in event planning and execution
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus
