Ranging from retail to residential, office, public, showrooms to hospitality and landscape projects, small to very large scale, Delta Light has the product range, experience and knowledge to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of your projects.
Over the years Delta Light established its growth based on in-house design, R&D, quality control, testing and production. From design to engineering and prototyping, all the way to production, packaging and stockingall is handled at the Delta Light headquarters in Belgium.
**Job description**
As Internal Project Manager, you assist the PMD project managers and director and manage the follow up of projects, orders and all related administration.
Within the PMD (Project Management Division) we are responsible for implementing large international projects in lighting together with R&D. We support designers in their most challenging and complex projects, collaborate with some of the top Designers in the world and the top Key Accounts clients in the fashion, food, hospitality, office and residential segments.
- You give an optimal service to PMD customers on current projects
- You follow up on design coordination of bespoke products in conjunction with the Delta Light Project Manager and the R&D Department
- You take ownership on the internal management of projects collaborating with the Delta Light Project Manager
- You follow up on delivery times, delays, article codes/names and retours
- You give technical support and answer product related questions
- You give information on orders, volume, weight, shipments both to the customer as to the internal logistic department
- You handle stock
- and price requests
- You answer questions on invoices and are responsible for the request for payment
- You handle logístical complaints
- You go the extra mile to achieve full customer satisfaction
- You are a problem solver and / or draft a satisfying action plan and/or explain specific situations
- You efficiently deliver qualitative results by closely working together with internal departments (planning, shipment, store, accounting, sales support and technical service) to obtain all relevant and correct data
- You are administrative responsible for the correct handling of the projects:
- You fulfill order-entry from A to Z
- You monitor PMD orders internationally
- You file special product requests on projects of your PMD colleagues and fully follow up internally (with R&D)
- You make project price offers
- You coordinate the samples, mock ups and shipments
- You support the organization of trainings
- You ensure a correct administration in CRM and SAP and other databases
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor degree in Office Management, Languages,and a relevant first experience.
- You have a strong affinity with our product and technical background
- You have strong organizational skills, are accurate, stress resistant and can communicate easily.
- You are a strong communicator, make good connection internally to get things done.
- You have good language skills in Dutch, English any other language is an advantage.
- You are computer-literate (MS Office, SAP) and already have worked with a CRM-tool.
