Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled

**One day as an Expleo UX/UI designer**

You will be responsible for turning concepts and ideas into high-quality customer journeys with screens and components that are visually appealing and highly user-friendly. To achieve this, you will take customer experience, user, business, and technical feasibility into account, and you will work closely with a range of stakeholders, including the product owner, business analyst, development team, design system lead.

Your typical activities will include participating in ideation and requirements gathering workshops, supporting the design of wireframes and prototypes, designing pixel-perfect key screens for web/mobile, depicting navigational structures, sitemaps, flows, and layouts of screens for a variety of use cases on different devices/resolutions, and presenting and defending your designs to management and other stakeholders within the organization. You will also be responsible for quality control by attending front-end development review meetings.

**What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo UX/UI Team?**
- Bachelor and master’s degree in a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a an UX/UI designer.
- Design software: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Sketch, or Figma.
- Sketching and Wireframing experience
- Prototyping experience with tools such as InVision Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You have passion for design and a commitment to continuously learning and improving your skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps for internal work.
- Design and optimise graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets and forms.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes illustrating site format and functionality.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to company brand guidelines and style standards on fonts, colours and images.
- Advise project stakeholders on recommended component and style libraries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Skills**:

- Understanding of UX/UI process.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Visio.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills, with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
- Detail oriented and customer-centred problem solver.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and hard working with the ability to perform at a fast pace with mínimal supervision.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in the UI development.- Experience in creating user interaction, screen design, icons.- Experience of native mobile design.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software.
