We’re looking for a Team Lead Software R&D
To support the continuous growth of our business unit Televic GSP, we are currently looking for driven Team lead Software.
As a Team lead Software, you’ll be responsible for hiring and leading a team and enabling the software development for our software products. He/She will be responsible for the coaching of our software development colleagues. Additional as being part of the software team, you contribute into the development for the different projects.
You will be a member at the Televic GSP Rail business unit. At Televic GSP Rail we design, develop, test and maintain on-board passenger information for the railway sector. Over 60 000 vehicles worldwide have already been equipped with our systems. Televic GSP Rail is considered the number 1 reference, and is looking to further expand its position

Working as Team lead Software at Televic GSP means
- You are responsible of high standards of software quality by establishing a good software quality process in order to optimizing and preventing bugs.
- You design and develop in order to support the team and accordance established standards.
- You participate in peer-reviews of software solutions and related code.
- You analyze and resolve new and recurring technical problems on short term.
- You asses opportunities for software and process improvement on long term and prepare the necessary related documentation.
- You research and evaluate a variety of software products.
- You steer and coach a highly skilled engineering team with focus on scope and time.
- You ensure adequate task follow up and reaching milestones.
- You assist in technical implementations.
Do you recognize yourself in this:
- You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 10 years of experience in software environments.
- You have architectural expertise as well as outstanding networking and project management skills.
- You are an effective communicator within and across teams.
- You have a good technical and practical knowledge of different software languages.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
