**About our role**:
Our client is a non-profit-institution lookinng for a talented CRM & Digital Marketing Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the digital strategy for owned media, communication channels, and paid media.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing and creating marketing initiatives and online campaigns that serve various objectives, such as direct acquisition, lead generation, upselling, loyalty building, and relationship management. You will also propose appropriate strategies and actions, execute and supervise online campaigns, and contribute to the overall marketing plan.
**What you will be doing**:
Your responsibilities in this role will include presenting and providing creative concepts to enhance conversion rates and engagement.
You will have a hand in shaping the written and multimedia marketing content of the portal, by working closely with our Editorial Department.
Additionally, you will be responsible for project management related to local and/or group digital initiatives.
You will need to continuously monitor and adjust our online activities, taking into account new insights, and report the results clearly while analyzing for potential optimization. It will be your duty to monitor the budget of all campaigns to ensure that they yield a good return on investment.
To excel in this role, you will collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners, including agencies.
**What you bring**:
Ambition to further develop your career in digital marketing.
Solid experience in a similar role in B2C markets.
You’re at your best when working with CRM & Customer Journeys.
Your strengths are -mention hard skills that are key for the role -.
Working experience with tools such as Google analytics, Social Media platforms, AdWords, Conversion rate optimization tools are key.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, Dutch or French.
