En tant que l'un de nos directeurs de vente au détail dynamiques et inspirants pour MAC Cosmetics, vous serez responsable de diriger, d'encadrer et de développer notre équipe de maquilleurs hautement performants. Grâce à vos compétences en leadership, en coaching et en gestion d'entreprise, vous motiverez et coacherez continuellement votre équipe pour dépasser toutes les attentes des clients et atteindre tous les objectifs de vente.
Il s'agit d'une opportunité exceptionnelle pour vous d'être directeur général de votre propre magasin. Vous aurez l'entière responsabilité de la création et de l'exécution d'un plan d'affaires agile pour recruter et fidéliser les clients grâce à un ciblage stratégique, des événements percutants en magasin, une gestion exceptionnelle de la relation client et le leadership d'une équipe hautement performante.

**Qualifications**
- Compétences éprouvées en leadership, en coaching et en gestion d'entreprise acquises dans un environnement en évolution rapide, de préférence dans le domaine de la beauté
- Une expérience artistique en maquillage est définitivement un plus
- Must have: Passionnée de maquillage et au fait des dernières tendances maquillage
- Capacité à fournir un leadership inspirant à une équipe de vente créative hautement performante
- Expérience antérieure en planification d'entreprise, y compris la définition d'objectifs de vente et de service à la clientèle, l'analyse des ventes et la planification du personnel
- Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonelles
- Expérience de la création et de l'exécution d'événements en magasin
- Prêt à travailler de manière flexible pendant les heures d'ouverture du magasin, y compris les soirs, les week-ends et lors d'événements spéciaux
- Langues : français et anglais
- Expérience antérieure avec les points de vente au détail et les logiciels Microsoft Office
