**Your responsibilities**
**As a vessel procurement coordinator you are the first point of contact for the vessel and docking team for all procurement related questions. Taking on a more strategic role in procurement planning, you ensure the link between procurement and logistics stays strong and productive.**
By following the group procurement methodology you’ll coordinate all procurement activities for the vessel during the execution phase of our projects, first fill and major repair. You’ll be expected to leverage existing framework agreements as well as executing spot buys to get our site teams the right products, at the right price, at the right time.
We want you to take responsibility for strategic sourcing of items outside of existing agreements with focus on TCO optimization and ensure that within the vessel / docking team the overall procurement process is being safeguarded by organizing the vessel procurement kick-off meetings, drafting the vessel procurement plan and supporting the setup of transactional procurement channels.
**Your profile**
- You hold a relevant bachelor degree for a position in procurement.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, or you can convince us to make up for it.
- Your focus is on performance and tangible results.
- You’re a good communicator and work well within a team-oriented environment.
- You have build up relevant knowledge of procurement processes and tools.
- You’re able to express yourself fluently in English.
