Kolmont is een groeiende en ondernemende projectontwikkelaar en vastgoedinvesteerder met kantoren in Hasselt en Brussel.
Kolmont creëert het vastgoed van overmorgen, met strategische binnenstedelijke locaties die mee vormgeven aan de stad van de toekomst, maar ook met woon-, werk
- en beleefprojecten in de stadsrand. De ambities van Kolmont reiken ver. Bedoeling is, te bevestigen en verder te groeien als topspeler in de Vlaamse ruit. Om deze ambitie te helpen realiseren, zijn we voor hen op zoek naar een gedreven en ondernemende**:_Legal Counsel_**
Uitdagingen
- Juridische ondersteuning voor vastgoedprojecten:_
- Je zorgt voor het opstellen en beoordelen van allerhande contracten, zoals aan
- en verkoop van vastgoed, huurcontracten, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij contractonderhandelingen.
- Je staat in voor de controle en het beheer van bestaande contracten en komt tussen bij problemen die tijdens het opstellen aan het licht komen.
- Je staat in voor de juridische ondersteuning bij het overnameproces: juridisch due diligence-onderzoek en beoordeling/opstelling van transactie.
- Je maakt de transactiedocumenten, waar nodig in nauwe samenwerking met externe adviseurs.
- Je bent in staat om de lopende projecten proactief te bewaken vanuit juridisch oogpunt.
- Je beheert en begeleidt juridische geschillen, bijvoorbeeld met kopers, aannemers, enz. waar nodig, in coördinatie met externe advocaten en adviseurs.
- Je volgt eventuele claims op.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen Kolmont.
- Juridische administratie en toezicht op naleving van procedures:_
- Je staat in voor het dagelijks beheer van alle juridische aspecten die verbonden zijn aan de juridische organen van Kolmont (volmachten, raden van bestuur, algemene vergaderingen ).
- Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de nalevingsprocedures die van toepassing zijn op de vastgoedsector.
Profiel
- Je staat in voor het dagelijks beheer van alle juridische aspecten die verbonden zijn aan de juridische organen van Kolmont (volmachten, raden van bestuur, algemene vergaderingen, enz.)
- Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de nalevingsprocedures die van toepassing zijn op de vastgoedsector.
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de vastgoedsector in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands - Frans.
