**Jouw toekomstige job**
- Je stuurt een team aan dat de risico’s in processen en projecten identificeert en beoordeelt.
- Je staat in nauw contact met diverse afdelingen, brengt hun behoeften qua risicobeheersing in kaart en werkt met risicospecialisten een passende oplossing uit.
- Je geeft advies over risicobeheersing bij de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product, de aanpassing van een bestaand proces, een project rond digitalisering of robotisering
- Je analyseert belangrijke incidenten en werkt mee aan een structurele oplossing om ze in de toekomst te vermijden.
- Je begeleidt het acceptatieproces van nieuwe producten of diensten.
**Jouw talenten en competenties**
Om deze functie uit te oefenen en je te ontplooien, heb je volgende competenties en kwaliteiten nodig:
- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs.
- Je hebt ervaring in people management en coaching en hebt oog voor een vlotte en aangename teamwerking.
- Je communiceert duidelijk, overtuigend en constructief.
- Je kan uit een veelheid aan informatie snel de essentie distilleren en die helder overbrengen.
- Je bent goed in netwerken en neemt graag initiatief om efficiënt tot een resultaat te komen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Office.
- Je beheerst perfect het Nederlands en/of het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
