In dit perspectief investeert ons informaticadepartement voortdurend in moderne technologieën en apparatuur, zodat we de digitale transformatie en de nieuwste trends kunnen volgen. Als moderne centrale bank in het hart van het Eurosysteem werkt de NBB voor het algemeen belang. Haar missie is om een stabiel financieel systeem, betrouwbare financiële instellingen, efficiënte betalingssystemen en de verstrekking en analyse van economische en financiële gegevens te waarborgen.
Binnen het informaticadepartement en de dienst IT-Infrastructuur en Operations willen we het Databases-team versterken, dat de IT-infrastructuur implementeert en ondersteunt en die de Oracle-databases host, wat in sommige gevallen het beheer van de onderliggende hardware en OS omvat.
Functie
Wij zoeken een IT System Administrator Solaris/Unix om ons team te versterken.
De functie omvat het beheer en de ontwikkeling van de Solaris/Unix-infrastructuur die de Oracle-databases host.
je neemt deel aan het formuleren van voorstellen voor de ontwikkeling van de IT-infrastructuur die past in de visie van de evolutie van de IT-architectuur van de NBB
je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de Solaris/Unix-infrastructuur, zowel op hardware
- als OS-niveau
je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van de IT-beveiliging van de infrastructuur waarvoor het team verantwoordelijk is
je zorgt ervoor dat de geldende beveiligingsregels worden toegepast
je werkt nauw samen met technische specialisten van de NBB op andere IT-gebieden
je ondersteunt de ontwikkelingen in de context van databases; je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en het up-to-date houden van een noodplan dat moet worden toegepast wanneer een deel van de IT-middelen van de NBB niet beschikbaar is
je behoudt een 'cost-effective'-houding om kwalitatieve diensten te leveren tegen optimale kosten terwijl je de technische beheersing van het Solaris/Unix-platform behoudt.
Binnen ons informaticadepartement is klanttevredenheid van primordiaal belang, dus het is essentieel om oplossingsgericht te zijn. Bovendien hechten we veel belang aan teamwork en streven we naar een goede balans tussen werk en privé.
Profiel
**Technische vaardigheden**:
je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma in IT of studeert bijna af en je hebt een sterke interesse in IT-infrastructuur
je hebt kennis van SPARC-machines en het Solaris-platform (Solaris 11, Solaris Cluster, xscf, ilom, ZFS, Package creation, rbac, ACL, vityl,...) of bent bereid deze kennis te verwerven
je hebt kennis van systeemconfiguratie/-omgeving (OS, netwerk, beveiliging, disks (inclusief SAN, volume management),...) geïmplementeerd in onze datacenters
je hebt kennis van programmeertalen voor systeembeheer (zoals Perl, ksh of Python) of bent bereid deze te leren
kennis van Ansible en Git is een extra voordeel.
