Opgericht in 2020 in België, maakt ATS4IT deel uit van de Moongy Group, opgericht om de aanwezigheid van agap2IT in Europa te versterken.
Sinds 2021 zijn we verder uitgebreid met de opening van ons Deense filiaal in Kopenhagen en ons Spaanse merk in Madrid, waarmee we ons engagement versterken om een belangrijke speler te worden in het Europese technologische landschap.

**Functie: UX Designer/Service Designer**:
Locatie: Brussel
Talen: Tweetalig in Frans en Nederlands
Thuiswerk: 50 % op locatie, 50 % op afstand
Rolomschrijving: Als UX Designer speel je een cruciale rol in het begrijpen van de gebruikers, hun behoeften en de omgeving waarin ze zich bevinden, zodat de meest effectieve applicatievereisten kunnen worden ontwikkeld.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Ontwerpen en itereren op gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces.
- Nauw samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en analisten om ervoor te zorgen dat de applicatie voldoet aan de gebruikersvereisten.
- Pleiten voor gebruiksvriendelijke ontwerppraktijken en toegankelijkheidsnormen gedurende het ontwerp
- en ontwikkelingsproces.
- Regelmatig communiceren met klanten en het projectteam om afstemming te garanderen en opkomende problemen aan te pakken.
**Vereiste vaardigheden**:
- 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring als UX Designer.
- Ervaring met Adobe XD, Axure, Conceptboard, Figma en Mentimeter.
- Diepgaande kennis van WCAG 2.1 toegankelijkheidsnormen.
- Een sterk portfolio dat je ontwerp-expertise aantoont (sollicitaties zonder portfolio worden automatisch afgewezen).
