**Mission description**:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Workplace Endpoint Architect who is passionate, agile, and customer-focused to join an IT Infrastructure team.

**Service description**:
As a Digital Workplace Endpoint Architect, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the overall strategy of the digital workplace globally, including mobile devices.

You will ensure innovation and service improvements as new technologies emerge and become part of the digital workplace's offerings. You will also manage key IT projects that directly impact the workplace environment, as well as contract management.

You will work with a team of system engineers, operational teams, IT and business stakeholders on all applicable projects.
- Practically:
Design, implement, and support critical infrastructure initiatives such as virtualization, migration to modern management, upgrading to Windows 11.

Optimize the user experience in operating system, software/patch management, and root cause analysis for service interruption recovery.

Provide technical direction to system engineers and operational teams, and optimize the operational model for the management systems and manage global standards for Office and Industrial-PC computing, printing, and mobile devices.

Present and communicate approved standards to the Infra Leadership Team and follow up closely on contracts with Global Partners based on needs from virtual team members and Global IT.

**Technical Skills Requirements**:
10 years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure architecture, or pertinent experience

5 years of proven experience in project management

Passionate about Intune

Microsoft SCCM certification

Modern Workplace Certification

Budget management

**Soft Skills Requirements**:
Team leading and coaching

Good communication skills,

Ability to work in a global/multi-national environment.

Customer awareness and satisfaction, fluent in English.

Highly proficient in problem analysis and resolution

Effective management of expectation
