**Where you will have impact**:
As a Senior Brand Designer at Lighthouse you’ll:
- Create illustrations for internal and external use that fit within our (yet to be unveiled) new illustration style
- Be a sounding board for your Brand Design colleagues on their visual-and motion design work
- Brainstorm together with the Marketing, HR, Product... teams on enticing ways to bring our brand to life
- Manage your own work and deadlines as you collaborate closely with internal stakeholders

Last year we became Lighthouse instead of OTA Insight. This beautiful new identity was brought to life by our amazing Brand Design team. The team might only count 3 people, but they bring together project management, print design, web design, motion design skills and more.... like none other. Everyone is equally responsible for raising the bar for our brand as they define how we present ourselves to the world. Our team’s even so much in sync that they’re expanding their families at the same time... so we’re looking for an experienced freelance Brand Designer to join us while two of our colleagues spend precious time with their newborns
