We are looking for temporary reinforcement of our Supply Chain team located in our Electronic and Specialty Gases plant of Oevel. You will be responsible for an efficient supply chain and the continuity of supply to our customers. You are in charge of the delivery of our finished products to our customers and the sourcing of raw materials from European based suppliers.

In this key position you will directly report to the Supply Chain & Inventory Supervisor and manage following challenges:

- Based on our truckplanning, you will ensure a correct and timely delivery of orders to our European customers.
- You take care of the preparation of the necessary transport documents, book the transports, and make the necessary arrangements so that the delivery takes place in accordance with the customer's expectations.
- You take care of the reception of the drivers: hand over the necessary documents, point out safety regulations and do the control of ADR.
- You receive, handle and follow up the transport requests from the various internal departments. You combine loads and draw up daily schedules for our house transporter.
- You are responsible for the stock management of industrial gases, optimizing the stocks and keeping the stock lists up to date.
- You coordinate all your tasks in close cooperation with various internal teams, s.a. our internal Logistics, Customer Relations and Operations, to guarantee on-time delivery.
- You will also be part of our back-up plan to support other team members.
- You will lead all these activities in full respect of our Safety, Quality and Compliance rules.

Functievereisten
- You hold a Logistics bachelor degree, or have 2 to 3 year experience in logistics activities for industrial environment.
- The right attitude and mindset are more important than your experience.
- You have a focus for administrative correctness and show perseverance to overcome obstacles.
- You have an analytical mind, strong organizational talent and hands-on problem-solving is your second nature.
- In this role your personal skills are crucial : communication, proactivity, being dynamic, highly motivated, accurate, stress resistance, flexible and above all a team player.
- The following computer programs have no secrets for you : AS400, JD Edwards, MS-office, Outlook, Teams
- You speak and write fluent Dutch, English and potentially German or French.
