**Job description**: Guest Relations / Receptionist (flexible schedule)

As a Guest Relations / Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the reception.
**Your workplace?** The top (eighth) floor of the hotel with a stunning view of the Brussels skyline and the airport

You will work in shifts, namely: morning shift (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and evening shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.). You will also receive training as a backup night receptionist.

Here is an overview of some of the tasks:

- Checking in and out of (international) hotel guests
- Providing information to hotel guests about the hotel and the Accor ALL loyalty system
- Administrative tasks (invoicing, closing the cash register, etc.)
- Making reservations via Accor's reservation system
- Ensuring cleanliness in the reception, lobby, etc.**We offer**:
