**À propos du rôle**
Pour compléter notre équipe ambitieuse et dynamique basée à **Belgique/Amsterdam**, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e **Strategic Buyer Belgium Market. **Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Procurement (Approvisionnement) et votre responsabilité sera d'assurer la qualité de nos ingrédients et de notre base de fournisseurs. Vous travaillerez à l'amélioration de l'expérience client en Belgique, en jouant un rôle clé dans l'intégration de nouveaux ingrédients et de nouveaux fournisseurs avec les capacités, le prix et la qualité que nous voulons offrir à nos clients.

Vos missions principales:

- Trouver de nouveaux fournisseurs et ingrédients belges pour répondre aux besoins croissants de nos clients ;
- Améliorer l'expérience client de nos abonnés belges ;
- Négocier les meilleurs accords possibles pour HelloFresh ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs pour s'assurer que nous avons un partenariat solide à long terme ;
- Travailler avec les fournisseurs pour assurer des livraisons ponctuelles et conformes aux spécifications ou discuter des pénuries ou des livraisons manquées ;
- Travailler avec les parties prenantes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour accroître l'efficacité, réduire les coûts et le temps consacré aux processus,
- Être capable de prendre des décisions en une fraction de seconde avec des conséquences importantes ;
- Contribuer à la création de reports sur les coûts et à la validation des factures ;
- Rendre compte des progrès à nos parties prenantes internes à Amsterdam et à Berlin ;
- Résoudre des problèmes à la volée dans un environnement au rythme soutenu.

**Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe**
- Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en Procurement/Category Management, un expérience en FMCG est un gros plus ;
- De solides compétences commerciales et analytiques. Vous êtes déterminé-e à décrocher le meilleur contrat pour HelloFresh.
- Une expérience démontrable en gestion de projets. Vous avez de solides capacités de communication. Vous savez démarrer un projet et le mener à terme avec succès tout en restant un point de contact fiable pour nos fournisseurs.
- Vous avez toujours de nouvelles idées et vous êtes incollable sur l'optimisation de la supply chain, le category management, la négociation, etc.
- Un esprit quantitatif et analytique et la capacité à utiliser les données comme base de vos décisions.
- Vous n'avez pas peur de relever des défis et vous êtes capable de performer dans un environnement rapide et en constante évolution.
- Vous êtes proactif, ambitieux et vous êtes dans l'action.
- Vous parlez couramment anglais et français, le néerlandais est un plus ;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master.
