**About Our Client**:
Onze cliënt, een internationaal bedrijf gelegen in de regio Mechelen (vlakbij het station), is op zoek naar een Cash Collection Medewerker ter versterking van de financiële afdeling. Naast een gevarieerde job zal je ook terechtkomen in een enthousiast team.
**Job Description**:
Als Cash Collection Medewerker zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor volgende takenpakket:
- Het correct en communicatief opvolgen van de openstaande facturen bij klanten
- Het vermijden van laattijdige betalingen
- Het opvolgen van de klachten of onduidelijke boekingen van facturen zodat je het blokkeren van orders kan voorkomen
- Het actief samenwerken met interne diensten (Sales, Boekhouding,) om zo problemen samen op te lossen
Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om tijdige betalingen te verkrijgen van de klanten.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Je beschikt over ervaring in cash collection of accounts receivable, of je hebt een financiële achtergrond of interesse
- Je beschikt over een prima communicatie in het Nederlands en het Frans
- Kennis van SAP en Excel zijn mooi meegenomen
- Je werkt resultaatgericht, klantgericht en streeft naar oplossingen
- Je hebt de gave om de zaken helder te zien met de nodige afstand
