Our aftersales network provides service and repair to Lynk & Co cars. Our unique offer and business model create possibilities for new business logic and business models in the aftermarket.
- For our aftersales services in the Spanish and Belgian markets, to support the overall Network Performance we are looking for two new colleagues as a
Network Aftersales Support
- You'll maintain and support the Lynk & Co aftersales partners as well as support and drive our service business. You'll also identify risks and opportunities within the network that is vital to support.
- You will play a key role in Lynk & Co aftersales being based in
- **Madrid or Barcelona for the Spanis market, and Antwerp or Brussels for the Belgian market**. You'll be reporting to the Head of Service Network Development based in Gothenburg.
**What you'll do**
- Administration support to market activities including, but not limited to:
- Booking and capacity planning/activities in the pre-usage phase- Be a key player in our daily operations- Maintain and update master data in your markets linked to partners.- Support Service partner with invoices together with our finance team- Support partners with their daily operations related to our processes, parts and prices- Take part in activities & programs to improve performance and profitability- Collaborate with other functions within Lynk & Co to secure an optimized network**What you bring**
- Experience in a coordinative/support role, preferably in an automotive or similar- Experience in aftersales is considered a benefit- Availability for occasional travel- You are a natural networker and able to adapt to a constantly changing and high-speed commercial work environment. To succeed in the role, besides being fluent in English you need to speak the local language(s).**Working for Lynk & Co**
