**MISSION**

In connection with the Sales Department, you will manage your customers in order to reach sales and margin targets in accordance with the company's strategy. To do this, you will:

- Provide support to the Sales Director in the development of the annual national business plan by anticipating with him major changes.
- Create and come with a development strategy for your brands.
- Negotiate national agreements: commercial conditions, lists of products and innovations, services, communication plan, price positioning while maintaining a high level of quality and guaranteeing a lasting relationship with all customers.
- Monitor the performance of referenced products and define specific action plans based on a sales pitch.
- Process and negotiate requests outside the scope of the agreements, monitor and manage promotional and advertising budgets.
- Lead discussions with internal departments: sales administration, planning, etc.
- Keep field teams informed of national agreements to develop business and manage competitor monitoring.

**PROFILE**
- Ideally, you have a higher education degree in sales (business school, etc.) and at least 5 years of professional experience as a KAM with retail customers.
- Your dynamism and interpersonal skills enable you to adapt quickly to different contacts.
- Rigorous, methodical and structured, you are known to be proactive with your customers and your hierarchy.
- Fluency in German and good English are necessary for this position.

**MISSION**

En lien avec la Direction Commerciale, vous gérez vos clients pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et de marge conformément à la stratégie de l’entreprise. Pour cela vous devrez:

- Apporter votre soutien au Directeur commercial dans l'élaboration du plan annuel national d'activités en anticipant avec lui les changements majeurs.
- Elaborer et proposer une stratégie de développement dans vos enseignes.
- Négocier des accords nationaux : conditions commerciales, listes des produits et des innovations, services, plan de communication, positionnement tarifaire tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité et en garantissant une relation durable avec l'ensemble des clients.
- Suivre la performance des produits référencés et définir des plans d'action spécifiques basés sur un argumentaire de vente.
- Traiter et négocier les demandes hors cadres des accords, surveiller et gérer les budgets promotionnels et publicitaires.
- Mener les discussions avec les départements en interne : administration des ventes, planification, etc.
- Tenir les équipes de terrain informées des accords nationaux pour développer le business et gérer la veille concurrentielle.

**LE PROFIL**
- Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation supérieure commerciale (Ecole supérieure de commerce ), vous possédez une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans en tant que KAM auprès des clients de la grande distribution.
- Votre dynamisme et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent de vous adapter rapidement aux différents interlocuteurs.
- Rigoureux(se), méthodique et structuré(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) comme force de proposition auprès de vos clients et de votre hiérarchie.
- Un niveau courant d’anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
