Hoe? Allereerst bewaak je de ketens en batches, en daarnaast beheer je ook de audits. Vervolgens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en oplossen van incidenten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met IT-dienstverleners en de betrokken teams. Je volgt niet alleen de incidenten op en prioriteert ze, maar je bereidt ook coördinatievergaderingen voor met IT-partners. Bovendien bied je eerstelijnsondersteuning aan de medewerkers van het Asset Management. Dankzij je analytische geest neem je deel aan de implementatie en evolutie van de applicaties, in nauwe samenwerking met de business experts en IT-partners. Door je goed begrip van de behoeften stel je verbeteringen voor voor het IT-ecosysteem van het Asset Management en neem je bovendien deel aan de implementatie daarvan.
Enkele andere verantwoordelijkheden? Je draagt bij aan de definitie en uitvoering van de project roadmap in samenwerking met de Product Owner.
Tot slot beheer je gebruikersrechten, definieer en onderhoud je profielen, en zorg je voor hun consistentie en veiligheid.
