**Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job**

The Scrum Master's mandate is to guide Agile teams through the "Scrum" framework, in an attitude of "servant leader" and facilitator. It helps the team to work autonomously and continuously improve to deliver, or improve, the quality of the product while maximizing value.

**Responsibilities.**
- Is responsible for the Scrum working environment within the team and the respect of Agile principles
- Organizes and leads Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Refinement meeting, retro)
- Ensures that the product backlog and sprint backlog are complete, maintained and prioritized, with sufficient backlog depth
- Ensures that the "definition of ready" (DoR) and the "definition of done" (DoD) are well defined and respected
- Communicates transparently with stakeholders on the progress of tasks, including making available metrics related to the team (velocity, burndown, story points,...)
- Ensures that all impediments are identified and removed
- Provides visibility and transparency on the progress of the Sprint
- Ensures the dynamics of the team by giving it the necessary rhythm to ensure delivery
- Guides the team to be autonomous, responsible, to improve continuously, to stay focused on the goal of the Sprint
- Protects the team from interference
- Promotes and participates in good communication between the different development

**Requirements**.
- Language requirement: French level C2 on the European CEFR scale
- Proven track record of using Azure DevOps as backlog management tools
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on web projects
- Proven experience in an IT project team (whatever the function: developer, analyst, project manager,...)
- Trained and certified as a Scrum Master
