Commissioning Manager

TRS Staffing Solution Belgium is looking to recruit a Commissioning Manager for an EPC project in Antwerp.

**Position**:
The Commissioning Manager also has the following responsibilities
- to coordinate / to expedite plant / system construction completion work (outstanding works) to meet the commissioning program,
- to develop detailed functional programs necessary for the control and management of commissioning activities,
- to monitor the clearance of defects and/or omissions that arise during the commissioning and operations phases,
- to organize and to chair the commissioning / start-up meetings for the purpose of commissioning co-ordination and interface management,
- to conduct operational risk assessments and to agree operating strategy with the Operations Management on wood delivery & power production arrangements,
- to monitor the operational Safety Rule Systems (padlocking, work / test permits)
- management of personnel arrangements into the commissioning groups for familiarization and training,
- coordination of services and consumables provided for commissioning by the Operations Management (e.g.; start up power, fuel oil, gas, water, etc.) to meet the agreed Program,
- to monitor the availability of commissioning procedures to meet commissioning requirements,
- Interface coordination with the Operation Management for the supply of services for which they are responsible
