Jouw rol
Als Functional Analyst lever je een belangrijke bijdrage in de transitie van onze softwareproducten. Dit zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je maakt deel uit van een agile development team waar het tijdig opleveren van kwalitatieve software hoog in het vaandel wordt gedragen.
- Je focust op innovatie van producten en services en wordt betrokken bij nieuwe initiatieven.
- Je bouwt gedegen relaties met verschillende stakeholders in het bedrijf uit (bv. andere teams, business units, shared services ) om zo op een efficiënte manier informatie in kaart te brengen.
- Je werkt de nodige analyse modellen uit volgens de noden van de business.
- Je neemt de leiding in het tijdig voorbereiden van de analyse deliverables in samenwerking met het development team. Je zorgt ervoor dat beslissingen onderbouwd en transparant zijn met de nodige rationalisering.
- Je legt technische beperkingen uit aan business gebruikers en zorgt voor de training voor nieuwe applicaties en features.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een Master denkniveau en reeds een eerste werkervaring als Functional Analyst.
- Je hebt een basiskennis van het Accounting - en Tax domein of bancaire statements.
- Je bent bekend met de conventies van traditionele analyse methodologieën (UML, BPMN) en kan deze combineren in een Agile development context. Je bent in staat een visie op te bouwen rond de oplevering van documentatie en andere analyse deliverables.
- Je kent de basis principes van software development, testing en testing automation.
- Je helpt met het verder uitbouwen van een set van methodologieën, processen en tools die kunnen gestandaardiseerd worden.
- Je begrijpt de techniciteit en beperkingen van software en kan deze vertalen naar niet-technische stakeholders.
- Je kan abstracte taken concretiseren en bent bereid ownership te nemen over delen van een project.
- Je bent de draaischijf tussen de Product Owner en het development team. Je maakt deel uit van een winning team en deelt deze mentaliteit.
- Je bent bereid om junior collega’s te ondersteunen en op te leiden.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
