Are you an amazing **Digital Workplace Expert** eager to join our **IT Infrastructure Team, **based in our **Braine L’Alleud (Hybrid model, presence twice a week in the office required) **office in **Belgium?**

**As a Digital Workplace Expert, you will establish and drive overall strategy of the digital workplace.**

**You like to work in an** **environment where you can**:

- Manage key IT Industrial projects that are directly impacting the industrial workplace environment
- Ensure innovation and service improvements as new technologies emerge and become part of our digital offerings in the digital workplace for Industrial
**Your** **contribution**:
**Global Workplace Management Industrial**
- Management of Global standards for industrial-PC computing and printing.
- Presentation and approval to/from the Infra Leadership Team.
- Communication of the approved standards.
- Close follow-up of contracts with Global Partners based on needs from the virtual team members (Individual Sites) and Global IT.
**Project Management**:

- Management and involvement with Projects that are directly impacting the Global Workplace in the industrial environment.
**Global Workplace Services for Industrial (Operations)**

Desktop Assets Inventory
- Based on Assets Inventory IT Solutions, management of the Desktop environment Assets and interconnection with IT Services management Solutions.

Printing
- Management of the global printing services, for the IT and OT environments.

Desktop Imaging and Policies
- Based on the approved Computer standards, setup, qualification, and deployment of the UCB Image.
- Maintain and update the UCB Image version on the deployed systems.
- Setup and maintenance of the Global Desktop Policies
**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and skills**:

- Good communication skills and possibility to work in global/multi-national environment
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Group policy management (active directory, Intune)
- Highly proficient in problem analysis and resolution
- Must be able to properly assess a problem and recognize when to escalate an issue if beyond personal level of expertise
- Effective management of expectations must be displayed with all issues to maintain
- Customer awareness and satisfaction
- Must be able to demonstrate an awareness of wider IT/IS knowledgebase and the ability to pro-actively involve colleagues to assist in problem resolution
- Fluent in English

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS**
Deep knowledge of the Windows Operating System
- Project Management
