Movify is a young company growing faster than the bamboos in your grandma’s backyard. Leading experts in UX, we are a niche in digital and we help big companies (such as Belfius, VRT, Proximus) bring their apps to the next level. So how did we build this rep? Well, simply by working with the best And that’s where YOU (the TA) come into place We are looking for someone who also, ironically, likes to look around, and who’ll help us find those experts to keep building on our team of passionate designers and developers.

In more relatable words, you act as a spy scouring the internet for people you can geek around with, throw some bad jokes at, play a game of kicker while drinking a nice cold beer, go on ski trips with, and, most importantly, want to work with
Within our team, your job will be to look for the best digital experts around the globe (okay, bit much, let’s start with Belgium, at least for the moment). To be more specific, you will:
- Contribute to the talent acquisition strategy
- Anticipate future recruitment needs by building a network of talented professionals
- Collaborate in an Agile way with the Business Development team
- Source new recruits on channels like LinkedIn
- Strategically select advertising channels for open positions
- Internally communicate on open positions to leverage on our consultant network
**About yourself**
Have you ever dreamt of becoming an archaeologist but you’re afraid of ruining your fingernails by digging through the mud?
