We are looking for an Operational Management Trainee for the Genk and Brussels.

**YOUR CHALLENGES**

H.Essers is looking for motivated, “fresh” graduates who want to invest in themselves to eventually take on an operational management role. So what specifically will you do in the role of Operational Management Trainee?

A training of (at least) one year in which you will have the opportunity to fully familiarize yourself with our warehouse organization:

- Initially, you will gain insight into the various flows (inbound, outbound, inventory management) within our warehouses.
- You will then participate in various optimization and/or implementation projects within the entire logistics organization.
- You support Administrators, Operators, Teamleaders and Supervisors in the daily operation of the warehouse. Think of preparing meetings with international customers and representing their interests within the organization as the right hand of the Operations Support, Supervisor and Operations Manager.
- You will receive an Introduction to the responsibilities of our support services: Engineering (process optimization & project implementation), Business Development (tender process) and IT (business analysis) and actively participate in current projects.
- Training, training, training. Ranging from our own TMS and WMS system to ADR/GDP/safety/security legislation.
- After each part, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and to formulate improvement proposals as well.
- You will be guided by experienced colleagues and will also be assigned a permanent mentor from the warehousing management team.
