Binnen het kader van het Kwaliteitscharter van Mondelez Europe en de objectieven van de fabriek Herentals zorgt deze functie ervoor dat alle medewerkers bijdragen aan de verbetering van de voedselveiligheid. Dit met als doel dat de producten van de fabriek Herentals (biscuits & chocolade), de omgeving en het HACCP systeem volledig voldoen aan de richtlijnen van Mondelez, de wetgever, internationale normen en systemen.

**Op het vlak van voedselveiligheid**:

- Als lid van het auditteam zorg je mee voor het uitvoeren van de interne audits, AIB inspecties, 5S audits (je bent lid van 5s-stuurteam), traceerbaarheidsoefeningen
- Je bent een aanspreekpunt bij voedselveiligheidsrisico's en her-evalueert deze risico's en de daaraan verbonden controles.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor allergenenmanagement met daaraan gelinkt allergenenreiniging, -procedures, allergeenvalidaties, preventie allergenencontaminatie...
- Je beheert het "extraneaous matter control plan" en ondersteunt het systeem ter beheersing van vreemde voorwerpen
- Je escaleert voedselveiligheids-nonconformiteiten incl. voorstel tot verbetering en/of preventie
- Je volgt resultaten op van microbiologische analyses op water, omgevingsonderzoek (pathogenen, niet-pathogenen) en reinigingsverificatie
- Je bent het 1 ste aanspreekpunt voor collega's binnen het Europees Mondelez Food Safety Team;
- Je rapporteert maandelijkse resultaten op de global food safety tracker (Mondelez corporate QA)

**Op vlak van HACCP**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het HACCP-systeem (implementatie, bewaking en registratie) en het up-to-date houden ervan
- Jaarlijkse verificatie waarbij nieuwe QP's, wijzigingen van standaarden / wetgeving (ACS, ISO/FSS22000, GMP+) in acht worden genomen
- Je bent HACCP-teamleider
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het geven van specifieke HACCP (GMP/ CCP /sPP) opleidingen
- Je staat garant voor de adequaatheid van het HACCP systeem
- Je organiseert HACCP sPP-/CCP-validaties en volgt deze op

**Profil**:
**Op vlak van veevoeder**:

- Behouden FCA-veevoeder certificaat
- Toezien op correct toepassen procedures m.b.t. veevoeder (GMP/FCA richtlijnen)
- Erop toezien dat wijzigingen in wetgeving worden geïmplementeerd
- Opvolgen van interne en externe klachten

**Op vlak van opleidingen**:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, organiseren en opvolgen van food safety opleidingen in samenwerking met de opleidingsdienst

**Op vlak van Sanitation: netwerking op Europees vlak binnen Mondelez**
- Toepassen en opvolgen van de wijzigingen op vlak van reiniging, alsook het verzekeren van de nodige terugkoppeling en borging
- 1 ste aanspreekpunt betreffende reiniging en hygiënische ontwerp
- Je bent de Hygienic Design Expert in nieuwe projecten en beoordeelt mee het ontwerp van nieuwe apparatuur
- Je volgt PIC/PEC cleaning op (Plant Infrastructure - & Plant Equipment Cleaning) en rapporteert aan corporate
- Je ben een aanspreekpunt van de reinigingsproductenleverancier en begeleid Mondelez Sanitation audits
- Je voert CIP-verificaties, -validaties en tear down inspecties uit

**Op vlak van Food Safety Culture**
- Je beheert het QOS-gebeuren
- Je beheert het Heroes-systeem samen met veiligheid
- Je voorziet 2-maandelijks thema's samen met cartoonist

**Jouw Profiel**
- Wetenschappelijke bachelor of Master opleiding.
- Minimum 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de voedingssector (vb. met ISO, HACCP, IFS, BRC, voedselveiligheid
- en systeem audits).
- Communicatief en sociaalvaardig zijn
- Sterk in Nederlands en Engels, gesproken en geschreven
