Functieomschrijving: Als Lead Qualification Specialist bij Savaco ben je verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren en kwalificeren van potentiële klanten, ofwel leads, om te bepalen of ze geschikt zijn voor een digitale transformatie door Savaco. Je speelt zo een cruciale rol in onze sales strategy en je zorgt ervoor dat het salesteam zich kan richten op interessante leads.
Wat ga je allemaal doen?
- Je werkt ondersteunend voor het sales
- en marketingteam en bekijkt binnenkomende leads uit onze marketingevents, campagnes, CRM en evalueert deze verkoopkansen.
- Je durft de telefoon nemen en het eerste contact met de potentiële klant op te bouwen. Je gebruikt hierbij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht.
- Je leert hoe je de precieze nood van de klant herkent en doet indien mogelijk al een eerste voorstel om onze diensten voor te stellen.
- Je zet het eerste kennismakingsgesprek op met de accountmanagers en volgt nadien op hoe het contact is verlopen.
- Je leert ons portfolio in de breedte kennen en diept zo jouw IT-kennis verder uit.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring als Lead Qualification Specialist, Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales of een vergelijkbare rol.
- Je hebt praktische ervaring met verschillende digitale en telefonische verkooptechnieken
- Je hebt ervaring met het behalen van verkoopquota.
- Je bent vertrouwd met CRM-software
- Je hebt begrip van verkoopprestatiestatistieken.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Je geeft boeiende presentaties.
- Je behaalde mínimaal een bachelorgraad in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde of een relevant vakgebied.
- Heb je nog geen professionele ervaring hierin, maar beschik je over de nodige commerciële talenten en zoek je om je skills naar een hoger niveau te tillen en later door te groeien naar Accountmanager? Dat vinden we ook al een grote meerwaarde.
