Als Recruiter ondersteun je de Nova Accountmanagers in het zoeken en vinden van goede kandidaten. Dat zijn ingenieurs of technische bachelors die graag projectmatig werken. En zoeken is echt wel nodig, daar begint alles mee.
- Eenmaal je een interessante kandidaat hebt gesourced, maak je tijd voor een uitgebreid gesprek, vaak samen met de Accountmanager. Zodat je een goed beeld krijgt van wat de kandidaat aan ervaring en competenties in huis heeft. Maar ook om goed af te tasten waar hij/zij zin in heeft om te doen, want dat is zeker zo belangrijk.
- Je collega Accountmanagers gaan met je kandidaat aan de slag. Mag de kandidaat starten? Dan zorg jij voor een aangename en vlekkeloze onboarding: je zorgt ervoor dat de kandidaat zich direct bij ons thuisvoelt. Dat doe je dankzij je enthousiasme, maar ook door ervoor te zorgen dat alles contractueel tot in de puntjes in orde is.
- Na opstart blijf je ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR vragen die vanuit de Nova Ingenieurs bij jou terechtkomen. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze een snel en correct antwoord van je krijgen.
- Je neemt ook een erg belangrijke rol op wat de interne communicatie en connectie met onze ingenieurs betreft: je stuurt de maandelijkse nieuwsbrief uit, organiseert op regelmatige basis events voor onze mensen, voert welzijnsgesprekken, volgt hun opleidingenparcours op
Kortom, een heel veelzijdige rol in een fijn team en een warm bedrijf.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou? **technische job (Junior) Recruiter**:
Voor ons maakt het eigenlijk echt niet uit welke ervaring je hebt of waar je vandaan komt. Je moet vooral ondernemend zijn en de goesting hebben om je te verdiepen in materie die nieuw voor je is. Want bijleren moet je bij ons echt elke dag
Contacten met mensen staan natuurlijk centraal (je eigen team, hoofdkantoor, de projectingenieurs ) dus dat moet wel een belangrijke energie-gever voor je zijn.
Voor de rest zijn wij bereid om je alles te leren.
