ARHS Digital is looking for a Business Analyst & Test Coordinator for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Insurance industry.
**Role & responsibilities**
- Describing business specifications
- Translating business specifications into acceptance criterias and test plan
- In collaboration with the Project Lead,
- Coordinating, prioritizing and planning the different activities related to the analysis and testing
- Parcipating in the definition of the test strategy for the project.
- Creating and executing test plans and scenarios
- Proactively tracking the progress of problems encountered
- Preparing reports to communicate the progress of the testing phase
- Anticipating blocking situations and increasing the quality of the project.
**Qualifications** Your Profile**
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and good knowledge of the other & English.
- Structured, conscientious and flexible.
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Able to work with sharp deadline
- Hands-on
**Technical skills**
- At least 5 years’ experience:
- Agile projects
- Analysis and testing domains
- Workflow systems
- Creating business functional analyzes (process flow, screen, dataflow,..)
- Creating User Stories
- Defining, executing and coordinating acceptance testing
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 & MS Visio
- Experience in support of customer care services would be considered an asset
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics & Azure DevOps would be considered an asset
