**Overview**:

- Build Charleroi RC / DC current resources capacity profile (current capacity & future evolution)
- Communicate Charleroi RC / DC resources capacity profile to Capacity Management Committee
- Animate the Capacity Management Cycle as defined at Charleroi level.
- The role reports to Global Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager

**Specific responsibilities of the role**:

- To implement and contribute to improve Charleroi resources capacity management instruction, methods & tools
- To consolidate, in close cooperation with HR and Finance department and all Charleroi Department Heads, Charleroi resources capacity profile (current capacity and future evolution), as per capacity management process defined at Charleroi level
- To communicate Charleroi resource capacity profile and its analysis to Capacity Management committee in order to validate current capacity, future evolution and actions plan needed to support agreed evolutions
- To transmit the validated Charleroi resources capacity profile to the NE RC / DC Workload Manager
