Robert Half is currently looking for an Italian or Portuguese speaking Customer Service Employee (M/V) for a company in Zaventem. It concerns an interim assignment, with the possibility of a fixed contract. The company is a big multinational active in the medical sector. As Customer Service Employee you are responsible for: - You are responsible for the contacts with hospitals regarding their orders;
- You manage the orders for the Italian market in the SAP-system;
- You create invoices for everyday orders;
- You are responsible for the Italian market;
- You create returns of goods and create credit notes;
- You check the documentation for orders and ask for approvals and signatures;
- You interact with customers and sales manager. As Customer Service Employee you have the following profile : - You have strong administrative skills;
- You are fluent English and Spanish or Portuguese, both written and oral;
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- You have a good knowledge of SAP or previous experience with any other ERP system;
- You perform well under stress;
- You have experience in a Customer Service position;
- You are client oriented;
