BiometrIQ is a health tech startup, with the aim of helping people optimise eating habits in a personalised way. We provide a comprehensive analytics platform for professional nutrition coaches that offers a blend of data-focused analyses, such as DNA and metabolic screenings, lifestyle assessments, and more, to help them gain a deeper understanding of their clients.

With this information, coaches can personalise their advice, amplify motivation, and guide clients towards healthier habits. We're partnering with 200+ individual practices in Flanders and the Netherlands, and numerous corporate wellbeing partners servicing large corporate clients.

**Role Description**

As a growth-oriented sales professional you will play a key role in further scaling our client base in the corporate wellbeing market. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for refining our sales and operational processes thereby setting the groundwork for our forthcoming international growth strategy. Joining our dynamic team in the rapidly evolving digital health space offers an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact

**Your key responsibilities**

Drive new business opportunities to expand our customer base, including prospecting and lead generation
Foster client relationships for superior service and accelerate cross/upselling opportunities.
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams for aligned sales strategies and business optimization. Utilize data analytics to track sales metrics and optimize sales processes.
Mentor and coach junior colleagues to improve their skills and drive performance
Stay current on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Who are we looking for?**

You bring a minimum of two years' experience in software sales to the table, ideally complemented by team management responsibilities.
You have a sincere interest in nutrition and overall health, complemented by an understanding of corporate wellbeing You have a good understanding of sales processes and performance metrics
You’re flexible, eager to learn and have a positive can-do attitude;
You are fluent in English and Dutch, German and French are nice extras
