La division “Onsite” contribue à la réalisation des objectifs et à la stratégie de Manpower Belgique par le recrutement et la sélection d’intérimaires pour des grandes entreprises, nationales et internationales.

L’objectif de la division “Onsite” est le développement d’une relation stratégique à long terme par un client portfolio défini par la direction en mettant l’accent sur les points suivants:
**Niveau stratégique**:
Aider nos clients à gagner dans ‘the changing world of work’

**Niveau tactique**:
Introduire les services RH du ManpowerGroup
Développer des solutions spécifiques pour le client
Augmenter l’efficacité
Surveiller le DSO (days sales outstanding)

**Niveau opérationnel**:
Gagner du part de marché et augmenter la marge brute chez nos clients Onsite existants et nouveaux
Réalisation du 100% fill rate

L’approche de la division “Onsite” se focalise sur une présence importante chez les clients même.

**Objectif de la fonction**
Le Client Consultant Onsite sera responsable pour la mise en oeuvre des besoins au niveau du personnel des clients et prospects et participe activement au développement commercial.

**Tâches principales / responsabilités**
- Matching (recrutement & sélection)
- Développement d’une relation commerciale avec les clients/prospects
- Ecouter les besoins du client/prospect, les analyser et les anticiper
- Faire passer des tests (langues, connaissance informatique, compétences techniques, personnalité)
- Compléter le planning déterminé par le client au quotidien
- Gestion & suivi de projets étudiants
- Participation active au développement commercial des clients Onsite
- Découvrir et développer des opportunités commerciales dans le segment Onsite
- S’intéresser au marché du travail et rester informer en permanence
- Participer et contribuer activement lors des meetings opérationnels chez le client
- Contact au quotidien avec les superviseurs, RH, conseiller de prévention, etc.
- Suivi administratif
- Garantir une gestion administrative impeccable des clients et intérimaires
- Respecter et appliquer les procédures internes
- Etablir les contrats et faire les prolongations de manière journalier/hebdomadaire
