For our client in the Turnhout region, we are currently looking for a document controller. These are some of your responsibilities:

- Analyse existing document flow & set up (in cooperation with) a Document Management System (DMS),
- Monitor/safeguard document flow from feasibility/Basic Engineering till final documentation,
- Collect and upload documents in the document management system (o be established),
- Ensure documents are published/uploaded in accordance with the agreements (e.g. agreements regarding title, content, layout, assessment and authorisation),
- Follow-up of document workflows & ensure approvals are given within the time frame agreed,
- Maintain administrative procedures and manuals,
- Communicate and exchange of documents with the contractor(s) thru a.o. digital platform and coordination with the DMS in case of challenges/issues.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Poven experience as document controller
- Ability to work autonomously
- Problem solver, hands-on mentality
