Experienced Project Coordinator

Project Management - provides PM with all necessary support and information to ensure that they are fully advised on resource requirements, progress and areas of risk for the ongoing projects. The Proposal Engineer recognizes customer-initiated changes in scope
- Once the project is launched and approved by the Front-End-Engineer and the Inside Sales departments, you ensure the respect of the following: technical specification, deadlines, and efficient organization of the inspections in coordination with the production team.
- As real teammate, you’re the link between the customer and the company, you represent the company when interacting with the customers and vice-versa, making sure interested of both parties are preserved.
- You’re the single point of contact of the external inspector when entering the workshop, you’re responsible for the good execution and communication regarding the required tests (painting, cryogenic tests etc.)
- You ensure an efficient project management via an updated planning and reporting in the ERP system.
- You ensure clear and regular reporting to all team members and keep them informed at all steps of the project.
- You work closely with the documentation team, supporting you for all technical documentation related to the product

**Votre profil**:
CONNAISSANCE DE L'ANGLAIS OBLIGATOIRE

Minimum of 5 years of relevant and proven experience in Project Management desirable.
- Fluent in English and French
- You have a clear view on project and excellent time-management skills
- Good communication and facilitation skills (both oral and written);
- Previous experience in using an ERP system is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite - Ability to prioritize and manage own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ perspective;
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- You have good interpersonal skills, and are able to adapt to different team members on all hierarchical levels and build positive relationships to influence demand
- You are a teammate and work in a structured manner
- You are customer/results oriented
