**Aufgaben**:
De afdeling IMS (Integrated Management System) staat in voor de borging, implementatie, optimalisatie en certificering van ons geïntegreerde managementsysteem. Denk hierbij aan de opvolging van verschillende internationale STRABAG-concernrichtlijnen, de wettelijke kaders alsook de instandhouding en uitbreiding van onze certificeringen (o.a. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, BREEAM en CO2 prestatieladder).
Om dit te bereiken zijn onder meer je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Onderhoud, publicatie en communicatie rondom het managementsysteem
- Planning en begeleiding van interne en externe audits (bv. ISO), inclusief de opvolging van mogelijke niet-conformiteiten
- Nieuwe medewerkers introduceren in het IMS en hen wegwijs maken
- Advies geven aan de directie m.b.t. veranderende wetgeving, normen en thema’s (bv. milieuwetgeving of prestatienormen)
- Proactief bijdragen aan efficiënte en veranderende bedrijfsprocessen volgens onze LEAN-principes
- Regelmatig contact met de verschillende proceseigenaren en de (algemene) directie om het managementsysteem maximaal te benutten
- Vertegenwoordiging vanuit de Benelux-organisatie voor de STRABAG holding, certificatie-instellingen, netwerkbijeenkomsten, etc.
- Advies verlenen bij het opstellen van projectplannen en bedrijfsactieplannen.
**Qualifikationen**:
In deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid om de processen zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen. Hiervoor vragen wij relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bijvoorbeeld als QHSE-manager, kwaliteitsmanager, ISO-auditor, etc. Verder vinden wij het belangrijk dat je beschikt over:
- Een afgeronde masteropleiding.
- Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is gewenst.
- Goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal en Franse taal.
- Gedegen kennis m.b.t. audits en het onderhouden van kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (bv. ISO9001-normen).
- Een pragmatische aanpak en graag aanwezig bent op de verschillende projecten en afdelingen in de Benelux.
