- Discover the IBA activities and the corporate culture
- Learn the financial controller job (budget process, invoicing, cashflow forecast, P&L structure, reporting,)
- Support the controlling department
- Minimum 4 months

**Challenges we trust you with**
- Involved in all the controlling tasks:

- Preparation of the monthly adjustments to be booked in accounting (accruals, actuals analyses)
- Understand and describe the closing process - support to documentation
- Reporting of the monthly results to internal customers (managers & directors)
- Support to the controllers to build budget templates
- Load the budget in SAP / BIBO for commercial projects and Opex
- Manage and maintain of databases related to contracts for further analysis (cashflow, invoicing, backlog, validity,...)
- Analyze the monthly variances versus budget
- Support to multiple projects (IT, logistics, finance)
- Improvement of the data quality in our ERP (SAP)
