**Duties**:
Position monitors several large and complex operating allotments and agency accounts. Incumbent formulates and submits budgets to respective headquarters. Provides full financial management services including budget formulation, financial planning, allotment accounting and analyses and reporting for various serviced agencies, including but not limited to: State-Program, Public Diplomacy, Representation, Overseas Building Operations, Diplomatic Security, Agriculture, Commerce, FDA, DIA, and others.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years progressively responsible financial analyses, budget, or accounting.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Experience performing routine accounting assignments such as recording financial transactions into various accounts and general ledgers, reconciling accounts and adjusting accounting data. Experience preparing accounting data, financial records, financial reports and statements. Experience performing data integrity analyses on accounting data.
- Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. This may be tested.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.

HIRING PREFERENCE ORDER:
