Are you someone who enjoys helping out, is flexible, and loves variety in your work? Then the role of **Gate Employee** is perfect for you You’ll play a central role for our Customer Service team, making sure everything runs smoothly, both at the gate and behind the scenes.

**What will you do?**

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everyone entering the terminal, providing support for daily operations. No two days are the same You’ll help with a wide range of tasks, from administrative work to operational assistance. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Manning the gate and assisting drivers and visitors with check-in.
- Helping with booking in and out orders, keeping track of what’s coming in and going out of the terminal.
- Staying in touch with the operations team and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handling requests for shipments and coordinating transport tasks.
- Assisting with basic customs processes and managing bio shipments.
- Providing support with invoicing, archiving, and other admin tasks as needed.
- In short, wherever help is needed, you’ll be there

**Important**

The security verification is carried out by the Federal Police, State Security and the military intelligence service ADIV - and paid for by the (future) employer.

A positive safety advice is mandatory before starting in the position. If you refuse a security verification, you will no longer be eligible to serve in this critical position.

You love variety, are practical, and don’t mind switching between sitting behind a computer and helping drivers at the gate. You’re communicative and able to juggle different tasks with ease.

Preferably you have some working experience in logistics / suply chain, in a similar role. That's how you know you are ready for this job.
