DISPATCHING/SALES AF
TASKS
Organizing transport and monitoring deadlines for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Shipping products, issuing invoices, checking outgoing invoices.
Checking freight forwarder invoices.
**Contacting freight forwarders**: price comparisons, trials with new suppliers, awarding transport contracts, etc.
Monitoring legislation and preparing the various documents relating to customs.
Preparing and sending quotations, order confirmations and order overviews.
Entering customer orders, taking into account the relevant price lists, qualities and equipment features.
Entering relevant technical data, transit times and customer data into the ERP system.
Releasing and checking orders before dispatch. Reminding and following up overdue invoices with representatives/customers.
PROFILE
Completed vocational training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or sound knowledge in the field of trade logistics/transport.
Initial experience in transport logistics and/or forwarding. Confident handling of the common MS Office programs.
High level of initiative and motivation to work as well as willingness to learn.
Structured as well as independent and solution-oriented working style.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Very good written and spoken German, English and French.
