Maar hier worden ook wervende marketingcampagnes opgezet, coole video’s gemaakt en innovatieve oplossingen bedacht die het leven van onze klanten gemakkelijker maken en de wereld een stukje duurzamer.

**Op welke afdeling kom je terecht?**

Hebt u zich ooit afgevraagd hoe de applicaties bij BNP Paribas Fortis beveiligd worden en blijven? Binnen het centre of expertise Security zorgt een toegewijd team er dagelijks voor dat alle applicaties van de bank beveiligd worden en blijven.

Het team Application Security en Vulnerability Management voorziet hiervoor in een reeks van activiteiten gaande van secure development trainingen tot penetration testing. Daarnaast scant het team voortdurend applicaties en de IT-infrastructuur van BNP Paribas Fortis om vroegtijdig kwetsbaarheden te detecteren. Zodra deze zijn geïdentificeerd, worden de relevante IT-teams geïnformeerd om hen in staat te stellen de nodige corrigerende acties te ondernemen.

**Wat verwachten we van jou als stagiair?**

Als stagiair wordt je volwaardig teamlid en zal je je kennis kunnen toepassen en uitdiepen op volgende zaken:

- Review van potentiële security issues in source code
- Ondersteunen van software ontwikkelaars bij het oplossen van security issues in source code
- Hertesten van security issues voorheen gevonden door penetration testing

Voor deze activiteiten is een grote affiniteit met software security nodig.

**Ben jij de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats?**

De geschikte kandidaat heeft een:

- goede programmeerkennis
- stevige basis met betrekking tot het beveiligen van applicaties
- passie voor ethical hacking
- vlotte kennis van het Engels (de werktaal)

Een geschikte kandidaat kan:

- goed samenwerken met andere security professionals
- zelfstandig aan specifieke opdrachten werken

De geschikte kandidaat volgt een opleiding:

- Bachelor IT met specialisatie in cyber security
- Master in IT / Engineering

Je stage duurt minstens twee maanden en je werkt vier of vijf dagen per week.

- Je leert hoe het er concreet aan toegaat op de werkvloer en krijgt een blik achter de schermen van een groot bedrijf.
- Je kan je boekenkennis toetsen aan de praktijk, maar leert ook massa’s nieuwe dingen bij.
- Je komt terecht in een diverse omgeving met fijne collega’s, die je warm onthalen en begeleiden.
- Maak je een goede indruk, dan heb je misschien wel je eerste job op zak.

Onze stages staan open voor alle studenten die in hun 3e jaar bachelor of in een masterjaar zitten.

Je kan bij ons als stagiair aan de slag van september tot december of van januari tot mei.

Voor je bij ons start, hebben we een ondertekende stageovereenkomst van je school of universiteit nodig.

Alle stages zijn onbezoldigd. Je krijgt wel een forfaitaire dagvergoeding voor je verplaatsingen of maaltijden.
