In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 8 years later, our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

**What type of breed are we looking for?**:
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process and develop valuable skills in communication, organization, and time management
**What will be in your bowl?**:
- Take part in the **recruitment process** and support the team with:
- Opening of new positions
- Intake with hiring managers
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Systems like Teamtailor, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Data maintenance
- Get your paws on **Employer branding**:
- Identify best practices in employer branding
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events or initiatives
- **Onboarding**
- Support and shape the onboarding process for new Pack members
**What skills & tricks should you bring?**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Eligible to work in Belgium
- Fluent in English
- Time-management skills with a problem-solving and “can do” attitude
- Naturally collaborative person
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Curious about recruitment and talent acquisition
- Must be available min. 3 days a week, on-site
This is an **unpaid internship** that will provide valuable experience in the field of recruitment.
